Reinsurance Services
McNulty-Re Group operates the majority of its business on a contingent/no-win no fee basis. Whether it is a reinsurance recovery, commutation or claims defense there is no fee unless there is a successful outcome for the client.
Prior to the start of any matter, the Group has a policy of letting the client suggest the fee they are comfortable paying upon a successful outcome. We have found this policy very appealing to our clients and an excellent way to manage our clients' external costs.
